interface-open-air-404-transition-carpet-tiles
Interface Open Air 404 Transition

Open Air 404 Transition takes the irregular 404 forms and fades them from neutral Nickel into eight accent colours. It's the bridge between Open Air 404 and the Accent tiles, so colour can drift across a space.

The pile is 100% recycled solution-dyed nylon, so colours stay true and resist stains and fading, on Interface's CQuestBio backing. Total recycled content is 82.2%, embodied carbon is just 2.54kg CO2e/m², and the 23dB impact sound reduction helps keep footfall noise down.

Each tile is 50cm x 50cm, 6.9mm thick with a 2.9mm pile, rated Class 33 heavy contract and Bfl-s1 for fire. It's approved for continuous castor chair use and backed by a 15 year warranty.

It can be laid non-directionally, which keeps installation waste to around 1-2% and makes fitting quick. It's also optimised for glue-free installation with TacTiles connectors. Individual tiles lift out if one ever needs replacing.

Supplied in packs of 20 tiles (5m²) and usually with you in around 7 working days.
