Wineo's PURLINE is made from \u003cb\u003eecuran\u003c\/b\u003e, a high-performance composite built mostly from renewable and natural raw materials - \u003cb\u003ecastor oil, rapeseed oil and good old chalk\u003c\/b\u003e - bound with polyurethane. In other words, it's partly made of the stuff you'd find in a farmer's field and a school blackboard, and it's made in Germany by people who take floors very seriously indeed.\u003cimg\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eWhat it isn't: vinyl.\u003c\/b\u003e There's no PVC, no chlorine, no plasticisers and no solvents in here, which also means no new-floor whiff - it's odour-neutral from day one. \u003cb\u003eIt isn't linoleum either:\u003c\/b\u003e no linseed oil, no jute backing, no yellowish film to wait out after fitting and no sealing or polishing. It's rated \u003cb\u003eClass 23\/34\/43\u003c\/b\u003e, so it's happy in heavy commercial and even light industrial spaces, and with residual indentation of just \u003cb\u003e0.10mm or less\u003c\/b\u003e it shrugs off hospital beds, serving trolleys and wheelie suitcases. Office chairs too: \u003cb\u003e25,000 castor revolutions\u003c\/b\u003e and not a mark.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's kind to people as well as planets. You get an \u003cb\u003eR9 slip rating with PTV 40+ in the wet\u003c\/b\u003e, around \u003cb\u003e8dB impact sound reduction\u003c\/b\u003e so classrooms and corridors sound calmer, and a surface that's warm and forgiving underfoot. It resists scratches, stains and UV fade, cleans up without harsh chemicals and is \u003cb\u003esuitable for underfloor heating\u003c\/b\u003e up to a 29°C surface temperature. The certificate shelf is heaving, too: Blue Angel, Greenguard, M1, Cradle to Cradle Bronze and an A+ indoor air rating.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSupplied in \u003cb\u003e2m x 20m rolls (40m² each), 2.5mm thick\u003c\/b\u003e, for full glue-down installation.
