Orders under £10,000
Two ways to pay. Pick whichever suits your cash flow.
Pay in full up front
Your order is paid in full before we agree your installation dates. Once payment clears, we lock in the fitting slot and get your materials ordered.

Spread the cost: 30 days after your order date, over 3 months, or over 12 months. We get paid up front, so your installation dates are agreed straight away.

Larger orders get a third option — hold back a retention until the job is signed off.

75 / 25 on installation
Pay for your materials in full plus 75% of the installation cost. The remaining 25% of the installation is payable on completion.

A plan built around your stages
We agree a bespoke plan with you before anything starts. Each stage is paid for up front, that stage is completed and signed off, and only then does the next stage begin — and get paid.

Pay later with iwoca
Not ready to pay up front? iwoca lets you take delivery and get your floor fitted now, then pay on terms that suit you. Applying takes a couple of minutes and the initial credit check won't affect your credit report.

All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Installation dates are confirmed once cleared payment (or an approved iwoca facility) is in place.
Schools, colleges & education
We work with education on proforma 30 day terms. Send us your official order, we'll get your project booked in, and the invoice is payable within 30 days.
Common questions
When do you confirm my installation dates?
As soon as your payment has cleared, or your iwoca facility has been approved. On orders of £10,000 and over taking the 75/25 option, dates are confirmed once the materials and the 75% installation payment are cleared. We can pencil in a provisional slot before then — just ask your Fitting Manager.
Which band does my order fall into?
It's the total value of your quote excluding VAT, covering materials and installation together. If you're close to the £10,000 line we'll confirm the figure on your quote, so you know which options are open to you before you commit.
Who can use iwoca pay later?
iwoca Pay is for UK limited companies and LLPs — sole traders aren't eligible. Orders from £150 to £30,000 can be funded. The initial credit check is a soft search and won't show on or affect your credit report, and there's no penalty for settling early.
What does the 25% on completion actually cover?
It's 25% of the installation element of your order, not 25% of the whole job — your materials are paid for in full up front. The balance falls due once the installation is complete and signed off. This option is available on orders of £10,000 and over.
How do payments work on a multi-stage project?
We agree the stages and the cost of each one with you before anything starts. You pay for stage one, we complete it, you sign it off — then stage two is paid for and begins. You're never paying for work that hasn't been scheduled, and we're never starting work that hasn't been agreed.
We're a school — what do you need from us?
Just your official purchase order. We'll raise a proforma invoice, book your project in, and payment is due within 30 days. This applies to schools, colleges and other education establishments.
What if the project changes once you're on site?
If the scope changes — extra area, unexpected subfloor work, additional accessories — we'll issue a variation for you to approve before we carry it out. Any additional cost is invoiced separately and follows the same terms as your original order.
