The money bit
Payment terms, in plain English
Nobody has ever enjoyed reading a payment terms page. We've tried to make this one quick. Find your job below and you'll know exactly what's due and when — no surprises, no awkward phone calls.
Pick the option that suits your cash flow
The bigger the job, the more ways there are to pay. Here's the lot.
Supply & installation
Orders under £10,000
Two options. Both painless.
Pay in full up front
Pay the lot up front. Once it clears we lock in your fitting date and get your materials on order. Simple as that.
or
Pay later with iwoca
Spread it over 30 days, 3 months or 12. We still get paid up front, so your fitting dates go in the diary straight away. Everyone wins.
Supply & installation
Orders of £10,000 and over
Bigger job, extra option. Keep a chunk back until you’re happy.
Pay in full up front
Same as above. Paid in full, dates confirmed, job’s on.
Pay later with iwoca
Same three options: 30 days, 3 months or 12.
75 / 25 on installation
Materials paid in full, plus 75% of the fitting. The last 25% lands once the job’s done and you’ve signed it off. Keeps us on our toes.

Bespoke
Large multi-stage projects
Phased rollouts, multi-site contracts, and anything that can’t be done in one go.
A plan built around your stages
We map out the stages with you before a single tile moves. Pay for stage one, we do stage one, you sign it off. Then we move on. Repeat until done.
No mystery invoices
You know what each stage costs and what “finished” looks like before you commit. Nothing turns up in month four that you didn’t agree to.
Cash flow being awkward? Pay later.
iwoca lets you take delivery, get the floor fitted, and sort the money out later. Applying takes a couple of minutes, and the initial credit check is a soft search — it won't leave a mark on your credit report.
More about pay lateriwoca Pay is available to UK limited companies and LLPs only, on orders from £150 to £30,000. Subject to status and approval.
Pay in 30 days
The whole lot, 30 days after you order. Done.
Over 3 months
Three monthly payments. No interest, no catch.
Over 12 months
Twelve monthly payments. The gentlest on cash flow.
Too long, didn't read?
Here's the whole page, in one table.

Schools, colleges & education
Education gets its own rules. Send us your official order, we'll get the project booked in, and the invoice is payable 30 days later. No deposit, no chasing, no awkward chat with the bursar.
The questions we get asked most
When do you confirm my installation dates?
The moment your payment clears, or your iwoca facility is approved. On orders of £10,000 and over taking the 75/25 option, it's once the materials and the 75% installation payment are in. Need a date pencilled in before then? Ask your Fitting Manager — we're reasonable people.
Which band does my order fall into?
It's the total value of your quote excluding VAT, materials and installation together. If you're hovering around the £10,000 mark we'll spell it out on your quote, so you know which options are open to you before you commit to anything.
Who can use iwoca pay later?
UK limited companies and LLPs. Sole traders, sorry — not this time. Orders from £150 to £30,000 can be funded, the initial credit check is a soft search that won't show on your credit report, and there's no penalty if you decide to clear it early.
What does the 25% on completion actually cover?
It's 25% of the installation, not 25% of the whole job — your materials are paid for in full up front. The balance falls due once the fitting is finished and signed off. Available on orders of £10,000 and over.
How do payments work on a multi-stage project?
We agree the stages and what each one costs before anything starts. You pay for stage one, we complete it, you sign it off — then stage two gets paid for and begins. You're never paying for work that isn't booked, and we're never starting work nobody's agreed to.
We're a school — what do you need from us?
Just your official purchase order. We'll raise a proforma invoice, get the project in the diary, and payment is due within 30 days. Same deal for colleges and other education establishments.
What if the project changes once you're on site?
Subfloors have a habit of hiding surprises. If the scope changes — extra area, unexpected screed work, additional accessories — we'll issue a variation for you to approve before we do it. Any extra cost is invoiced separately on the same terms as your original order.
We'd say we're good. So here's the proof.
