All the low-down on getting the goods to you, on time - every time.

Delivery rates are applied based on the weight of products in your basket. Approximate quantity guides are provided below. LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) packs are different with every product so approximations cannot be provided here.

We can deliver worldwide to all countries but you would need to contact us for a bespoke price if the delivery destination is not listed above. Email us at shipping@dctuk.com or telephone us on 0345 222 1544 for a bespoke quote. Please include your contact details, the product required, the quantity required and the full delivery address of the destination required. We aim to respond same day with a quote during office opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm GMT). If you need a delivery to the Bahamas you might get a few extras tagging along, don't worry we'll just be looking after your delivery of course. Jokes. What countries do you deliver to?

We currently ship to the UK online, but we can provide international delivery via our telephone support team on 0345 222 1544.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our delivery prices are listed above but for delivery timescales please check each product page which will tell you the estimated time for delivery.

Do you deliver next day?

We do on some products as standard, check our next day delivery page for products delivered in 1-2 days.

If you need guaranteed next day delivery then give us a shout on the phone and we can get a service scheduled for you (but for a few extra magic beans).

Do you deliver outside of the UK mainland?

We do deliver to Scotland, islands and Northern Island however additional charges will be applied.

Scottish Highlands and Islands includes the following postcode areas: AB1-12, AB15-29, AB36-38, AB55-56, BT, DD, DE, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV40-51, IV55-56, IV63, KW1-14, ML. PA1-40, PH1 -8, PH10, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Will you bring the items inside the building?

Deliveries are kerbside only. Drivers are not insured to carry items inside the building. Please note this also applies to supply and fit orders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
