About Modulyss Lume
Lume is a multi-level loop designed to draw the eye - each tile blends several yarn tones for a soft, iridescent effect that shifts across the floor.
It's made from low-carbon Thrive matter recycled nylon (90% recycled content) on ecoBACK PLUS, and is Cradle to Cradle Certified Silver.
Under the surface it's a 1/10" tufted multi-level loop made from 100% Thrive matter PA6 solution dyed nylon (90% recycled), with a pile weight of 715g/m². It also cuts impact sound by 25dB, which helps keep busy floors that bit quieter.
It's rated Class 33 / LC2 under EN 1307 for heavy commercial use, handles office chairs on castors all day long and carries a Bfl-s1 fire rating when tackified.
Each tile is 50cm x 50cm and 6.5mm thick, packed 24 to a box (6m²). Underneath is ecoBACK PLUS, Modulyss' next-generation backing designed for easy disassembly and recycling at end of life.
Lay it monolithic, quarter-turned or in an ashlar pattern with a carpet tile tackifier, and individual tiles lift out if anything ever needs replacing. If you'd rather not fit it yourself, our nationwide fitting service can take care of it.
