Offices in Evesham

We were asked to replace the tired carpet in offices at Grosvenor Business Centre in Evesham. The work covered two floors and the staircase between them, all in a working building where the team needed to keep going as normal.

To avoid disrupting the business, our fitters worked out of hours. They moved office furniture out of the way and back into place as they went, so staff came back to a finished floor with their desks exactly where they'd left them.

Across around 238m², we uplifted the old carpet and laid new commercial carpet tiles, fixed with tackifier so individual tiles can be lifted and swapped out in future if one gets stained or damaged. We also uplifted and refitted carpet on all 21 stairs, giving a consistent finish from one floor to the next.

The old flooring didn't go to landfill. It was collected by our recycling partner ReStart, which is an easy way for a business to cut the waste from a refurbishment.

The main installation ran over three nights in mid-October 2025, with a short return visit the following week to finish off, and the project was signed off later that month.

It's a good example of the office work we do every week: a multi-floor refit planned around the client's working hours, with furniture moving, stairs and recycling all handled by one team.
