Flooring installation: Mobius Specialist Property Services

Sometimes the best work is the kind that happens while everyone else is having a lie-in. This project was a perfect example of our ability to execute a high-quality job out of hours, ensuring zero disruption to our client's daily operations.

This was a focused refurbishment, creating a smart new walkway within an existing area. Our specialist team managed the entire process across 100 square metres, from start to finish: Specialist Fitting - Uplift, Fit & Dispose Carpet. We removed the old flooring, prepped the area, installed the new, and took the old stuff away—no fuss, no mess.

The new floor looks sharp, featuring 416 tiles of Forbo Tessera Infused - Noir Flame 4502. To ensure the tiles were locked in securely but could be accessed easily if needed, we used 12 spray cans of Sticky Stuff Tackifier Carpet Tile Spray Adhesive—a clean and effective solution.

The key to this job’s success was our efficiency. We completed the core fitting work across 94 square metres and charged a Specialist Fitting - Weekend Out of Hours Surcharge. That’s right, we brought our expertise in when everyone else was off duty, guaranteeing the client walked into a brand new, finished walkway on Monday morning.
