The main event was installing 39 square metres of Forbo Modul'Up 19db Looselay sheet vinyl in light grey uni. That 19dB noise reduction isn't just a number—it's the difference between a clean take and background distractions. It’s the perfect choice for keeping the sound where it should be!

This particular looselay system is brilliant for minimising downtime. Our Specialist Fitting - Straight Lay Vinyl service was made even more efficient by using 1 roll of Forbo Fast Fit Tape—a speedy, low-mess alternative to traditional adhesives, which is perfect for keeping studio operations moving. We also used 1 pack of Forbo Weld Rod to seal the joints, creating a seamless, waterproof, and professional finish that looks smart and performs brilliantly.

And, of course, no job is truly complete without that crucial subfloor finesse! We used 1 bag of Ardex Feather Finish (11kg) to make sure the floor was perfectly smooth before the vinyl went down. Because when you're laying tracks, you need a flawless foundation.
