DCTUK recently completed an extensive multi-phase flooring project for H&G Car Parks Ltd, spanning four separate units , A, B, C, and D , across a new commercial development.
DCTUK recently completed an extensive multi-phase flooring project for H&G Car Parks Ltd, spanning four separate units — A, B, C, and D — across a new commercial development.
Units A, B, and C were completed first, with Interface Pennine carpet tiles and Balsan carpet tiles installed throughout, bonded with Bostik C540 adhesive onto a prepared subfloor. Ardex Feather Finish levelling compound, Hanlink transition strips, and stair nosings all featured as part of a clean, professional finish.
Unit D came later. With construction delays pushing the programme back, we took the carpet tiles into our own warehouse and held them until the site was ready — then got straight in. Interface Pennine was again the product of choice, with Quantum transition trims throughout. A full snagging visit followed to make sure everything was exactly right.
Most recently, H&G Car Parks returned to us for an additional area requiring Luvanto Design Gluedown Natural Oak LVT, installed using the gluedown straight lay method with F. Ball Styccobond F46 adhesive — a smart, hard-wearing finish to complement the carpet tile zones already in place.
From supply and subfloor prep to warehousing, fitting, and snagging, DCTUK managed the full project from start to finish. It's exactly the kind of long-term flooring partnership we love to be part of.
