About Forbo Colorex SD
For environments where static discharge and contamination are a constant concern, trust in Forbo Colorex SD. This high-performance, static dissipative homogeneous floor covering is engineered to provide a permanently safe solution, making it the perfect fit for cleanrooms, laboratories, production sites, and operating theatres.
Colorex SD’s technology ensures permanent ESD properties are active throughout the life of the product, regardless of changes in humidity. A dense network of conductive veins within the tile's mass allows static charges to flow safely to earth, protecting both sensitive equipment and personnel.
These tiles are sliced from highly compressed blocks, resulting in an incredibly dense, pore-free, and dimensionally stable surface. This construction provides excellent resistance to heavy loads and chemicals, and the material can be fully repaired without visual or functional impairment.
Available in a wide range of colours, including the vibrant Colorex SD Signal collection for clear safety zoning, this tile can be fully adhered to a subfloor or bonded to a raised access floor panel.
