About Forbo Sphera EC
When it comes to highly sensitive areas like cleanrooms, operating theatres, and electronics manufacturing sites, you can’t afford to take risks. Forbo Sphera EC is the advanced electrostatic conductive flooring tile specifically engineered to provide a safe, permanent, and reliable solution for controlling static discharge.
Unlike flooring that relies on volatile chemical additives, Sphera EC has permanent ESD properties built into a dense network of conductive veins running through the tile. This ensures that static charges are reliably and safely earthed, regardless of the humidity level in the room.
These tiles are a high-performance solution that can withstand and control the most demanding conditions. They are highly compressed, providing a pore-free surface that is perfect for stringent hygiene requirements (ISO Class 2 certified cleanrooms) and a high level of resistance to heavy mechanical loads and chemicals. Plus, any damage can be fully repaired, extending the useful life of the floor.
