About Interface Past Forward Retrospec
Do you ever look back at photos of yourself from ten years ago and think, "What on earth was I wearing?"
Retrospect is the flooring equivalent of deleting those photos and keeping only the good ones. It takes a look back at vintage design, picks out the cool, sophisticated bits, and leaves the questionable fashion choices in the dustbin of history.
It captures that lovely, lived-in look of a heritage textile — saying "established and trustworthy" rather than "we haven't decorated since 1982." The pattern is designed to look slightly aged and complex, which is brilliant news for you, because it means a spilt drop of coffee or a scuff mark just looks like part of the authentic vintage charm.
And because these are tiles, if you have a true disaster — like dropping a permanent marker — you don't need to panic. Simply pop out the offending square, slot in a new one, and pretend it never happened.
