About Modulyss Cambridge&
Cambridge& is the plush one. A dense cut pile frise gives it a soft, velvety surface that looks rich and feels even better underfoot - the kind of carpet that makes a reception or boardroom feel properly looked after.
With 36 colours, from quiet greys and stones to deep greens, burgundies and blues, it's built for hotels, hospitality and executive spaces that want comfort without giving up commercial toughness. It also mixes and matches with the rest of Modulyss' & collection.
Under the surface it's a 1/10" tufted cut pile frise made from 100% PA6.6, piece dyed, with a pile weight of 1,050g/m². It also cuts impact sound by 27dB, which helps keep busy floors that bit quieter.
It's rated Class 33 / LC3 under EN 1307 for heavy commercial use, handles office chairs on castors all day long and carries a Bfl-s1 fire rating.
Each tile is 50cm x 50cm and 8mm thick, packed 20 to a box (5m²). Underneath is Back2Back backing, made with 75% recycled content.
Lay it monolithic, quarter-turned or in an ashlar pattern with a carpet tile tackifier, and individual tiles lift out if anything ever needs replacing. If you'd rather not fit it yourself, our nationwide fitting service can take care of it.
