About Modulyss Gleam
Gleam is a heavyweight cut pile that blends dull and glossy yarns for a rich, softly shining finish - 1,300g/m² of dense frise that is extraordinarily soft underfoot.
With 27 colours and an LC5 luxury rating, it's at home in hotels, executive suites and anywhere comfort matters as much as durability.
Under the surface it's a 1/10" tufted cut pile frise made from PA6, piece dyed, incl. 25% Econyl, with a pile weight of 1,300g/m². It also cuts impact sound by 31dB, which helps keep busy floors that bit quieter.
It's rated Class 33 / LC5 under EN 1307 for heavy commercial use, handles office chairs on castors all day long and carries a Bfl-s1 fire rating.
Each tile is 50cm x 50cm and 9.5mm thick, packed 16 to a box (4m²). Underneath is Back2Back backing, made with 75% recycled content.
Lay it monolithic, quarter-turned or in an ashlar pattern with a carpet tile tackifier, and individual tiles lift out if anything ever needs replacing. If you'd rather not fit it yourself, our nationwide fitting service can take care of it.
