About Polyflor Expona Commercial PUR Warm Grey Concrete 5064
Love the polished concrete look but not the cost, the cold or the cracks? Polyflor Expona Commercial PUR Warm Grey Concrete 5064 gives you that sleek, urban concrete finish with a softer, warmer grey tone.
Each tile measures 609.6mm x 609.6mm, with 9 tiles per pack covering 3.34m². Square-cut edges let the tiles sit snugly together for a smooth, near-seamless finish. It's a 2.5mm gluedown LVT with a 0.55mm wear layer, built for heavy commercial spaces like offices, shops, schools and healthcare, and just as happy at home.
Polyflor's PUR polyurethane reinforcement means no polishing, no sealing and no fuss: a sweep and a mop keeps it looking sharp. Add an R10 slip rating and suitability for underfloor heating, and you've got a floor that really pulls its weight.
Feeling green? It contains around 40% recycled material, is 100% recyclable through Polyflor's Recofloor scheme, carries a BRE Global A+ rating and is certified Indoor Air Comfort GOLD for very low VOC emissions.
Backed by a 10-year guarantee, Warm Grey Concrete is industrial cool with a little extra warmth.
