Looking for a floor with real industrial attitude? Polyflor Expona Commercial PUR Iron Ore 5102 is a deep, dark metallic-effect tile that makes a statement in retail, hospitality and office spaces.
Each tile measures 457.2mm x 914.4mm, with 8 tiles per pack covering 3.34m². Bevelled edges give every tile a crisp, defined outline. It's a 2.5mm gluedown LVT with a 0.55mm wear layer, built for heavy commercial spaces like offices, shops, schools and healthcare, and just as happy at home.
Polyflor's PUR polyurethane reinforcement means no polishing, no sealing and no fuss: a sweep and a mop keeps it looking sharp. Add an R10 slip rating and suitability for underfloor heating, and you've got a floor that really pulls its weight.
Feeling green? It contains around 40% recycled material, is 100% recyclable through Polyflor's Recofloor scheme, carries a BRE Global A+ rating and is certified Indoor Air Comfort GOLD for very low VOC emissions.
