A gold medal to Polyflor, who have knocked our socks off once again with Expona Simplay. Expona Simplay is a collection of loose lay tiles replicating the natural beauty wood, designed to reduce installation time and provide easy access to under floor utilities.
These vinyl flooring tiles are suitable in high-traffic commercial areas, and are simple to lay. Each tile consists of multiple lays, the final bottom layer being a non-skid honeycomb backing layer. To lay these tiles all you do is start in the centre of the room with one glued tile, and then lay the rest around that tile. This way you keep you can keep the layout straight. -
