Full job description
As an Entry-level Commercial Sales Executive you will be an integral part of our sales team
working closely with our experienced team to learn the ropes of B2B sales and customer
relationship management. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for
sales and a desire to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment and to join the path towards financial success.
Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive training programmes to learn about our products/services sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers.
Assist senior sales executives in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals under the guidance of experienced team members.
Achieve individual and corporate sales targets on a monthly basis.
Conduct daily outbound calling to follow up on sample requests quotations and new business.
Nurture and service new and repeat customers ensuring a high level of service without neglecting smaller customers.
Make intelligent decisions about pricing and uphold suitable levels of profitability with each order.
Value every inbound lead and maximise opportunities by leveraging the latest technologies such as LinkedIn invitations email follow-ups and video quotations.
Requirements
Strong interest in a career in sales and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated ambitious and goal-oriented.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of B2B sales principles (preferred but not required).
Good English and maths abilities.
Some telesales experience would be desirable.
Some B2B sales experience particularly within the flooring or construction sector would be desirable.
