365 Day Returns

We just want you to be happy, so rest assured you can return your purchase if you're not 100% chuffed.

We’re always quick to boast about the fact that we are fast becoming a leading go-to brand for affordable carpet tiles but we really couldn’t do it without our wonderful customers, which is why earning your trust and loyalty is so important to us. To ensure we can do this, we launched our 365 Returns which goes one step further than most standard returns policies. Finding the perfect flooring solution is a process that simply can't be rushed so we're giving you a whole year to think about it and/or return the goods in exchange for a different product.
We’re super confident that you will be impressed with the quality of our premium products but if you do so happen to have a change of heart or just can’t make up your mind on colour, texture or design, we make the whole return process stress-free. If you're feeling super organised but you're prone to being a little indecisive like us, you've got 365 days (that's a whopping 8760 hours) to do something about it.
Oh and just so you know, 365 Returns applies to our carpet tiles only.

The not-so-small print

We hate to rain on the parade but as with many things in this crazy thing we called life, there are few boring rules and regulations we do kindly ask you to adhere to.

365 for the home

If you are not a business, then you have a statutory 14 day period to return your purchase with no additional charges except the cost of collecting your purchase and bringing it back to our warehouse. This 14 day period applies to all products we sell. We shouldn’t, wouldn’t, couldn’t possibly accept damaged goods so we ask that all products in question are returned to us in the tip-top condition they arrived on your doorstep in, unused, undamaged and perfectly suitable for reuse.

Outside of your 14 day period we offer a whopping 365 days to return your goods (carpet tiles only) and charge just 30% of your total price (excluding VAT) and a collection charge which is equal to the delivery cost paid at purchase (unless free delivery was given - standard delivery rates will then apply).

365 for businesses

Our 365 Returns policy for business customers only applies to carpet tiles and no other products on our website.

In order to offer you the lowest possible prices we can't provide a free return delivery service so it is the customer’s responsibility to pay a collection charge and a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total price of the order (excluding VAT). You can then swap your order for a different product for sale on our website.

The collection charge is equal to the delivery cost paid at purchase (unless free delivery was given - standard delivery rates will then apply). The 365 day returns policy kicks in the day you receive an email with your invoice attached.
