The Befores
Some buyers look at houses with an 'open mind' but would your mind be as open when you step up to the house and see there is barrier tape accross it?! Well Mr & Mrs Doy didn't let this bother them as they could see the potential of this old abandoned wreck could become! Just take a look at what it looked like!
Arriving at an old rusty gate and looking across the field to the tumbledown house and outbuildings would make most people get back in the car and drive away, at speed. But not this pair.
Mr & Mrs Doy believed in the site and its possibilities especially the location. Just a mile or so from the sweeping sands of Newgale Beach and the views of the historic Roch castle on the horizon made putting an offer in on this Pembrokeshire building all worth it.
The Afters
Now, it is super rare to find a home with 360 degree panoramic views in any lifetime, so it is fair to say the Doys knew exactly what they were doing.

They have added an extension on the the front that has been designed to fully capture the mesmerising views on both floors, with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors completely covering the end of the new extension. Genius idea!
How amazing is that!!
